Willingness to travel nationwide up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Assist sales with scope development and cost reviews for BAS opportunities.
Support developing a scope of work for Siemens proposals using problem-solving skills.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
Understand BAS with airside and waterside controls to optimize energy efficiency.
Evaluate materials/pricing and suggest substitutions meeting specs.
Develop sequences of operations and influence product selection, including third-party products.
Interpret customer requirements from drawings/specs and meetings.
Participate in customer site visits and coordinate estimating with local teams.
Assist with multiple projects and assist with pre-construction opportunities.
