Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Energy & Environment Cabinet seeks a Budget Manager in Franklin County. The role oversees capital budget issues, six-year capital planning, and the biennial budget, with a staff handling budget, federal programs, and related tasks.

Telecommuting up to two days weekly may be approved. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least six years in budget administration, financial analysis, forecasting, or related fields.
