Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, business or public administration and one year of satisfactory full-time experience in accounting, auditing, business or public administration, or related field.
A four-year high school diploma and five years of the described experience.
Education/experience equivalent to the above.
Knowledge of federal, state, and city campaign finance laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and submission of the CFB’s annual budget, including the matching funds program.
Reconcile quarterly spending plans and budgets across multiple periods.
Perform budget changes and reconcile modifications by code and object code.
Prepare analyses of expenditures to support surplus/needs planning.
Review spending and provide staff with fiscal budgeting assistance.
Run reports and create ad hoc reports to aid decision-making.
