Job summary

Anchor Innovation, Inc. seeks a Bridge Resource Management (BRM) Instructor to provide full-time instructional support at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, VA and other CONUS/OCONUS locations.

The role requires delivering MSC BRM courses, coordinating schedules, and travel, with an active SECRET clearance and strong military experience. The position is hybrid with responsibilities including course administration, collaboration with MSC and ship crews, and travel planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years MSC or Navy operations expertise.
• Active SECRET clearance (eligible).
• Experience training in military or civilian environments.
• Knowledge of curriculum design, development and requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and delivery of MUTC course instruction.
• Deliver MSC Bridge Resource Management courses and coordinate scheduling.
• Coordinate travel to ship locations worldwide.
