Job summary

Anchor Innovation, Inc. seeks a Bridge Resource Management (BRM) Instructor to provide full-time contract instructional support for MSC BRM training at Joint Expeditionary Base, Little Creek, VA and other CONUS/OCONUS locations. The role requires active SECRET clearance and extensive MSC/Navy operations experience.

You will deliver courses, manage scheduling with ship crews, and coordinate travel. The position offers alignment with Anchor’s mission, a hybrid work setup in Virginia Beach, and

Qualifications

10+ years MSC or Navy operations expertise.
Active SECRET Clearance (eligible)
Experience training in a military/civilian environment
Knowledge of curriculum design, development and requirements
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office products and Adobe

Responsibilities

Support administration and delivery of MUTC course instruction within the schoolhouse or embarked globally.
Deliver MSC Bridge Resource Management courses and coordinate with MSC and ship crew for scheduling.
Coordinate travel to ship locations world-wide.
Position requires an active SECRET clearance.
