Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Boston seeks a 2nd to 5th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join a high‑caliber international firm on a hybrid basis. You will handle sophisticated disputes for financial institutions, corporations and private equity clients with immediate responsibility.

The role offers direct partner access, strong mentorship and a clear path for long‑term progression, with a base salary of $225,000 to $325,000 plus a performance bonus and a target of 2,000 billable hours.

Qualifications

• 2nd to 5th year Commercial Litigation Associate with approximately 2–5 years of complex commercial litigation experience at a reputable firm.
• Admission to the Massachusetts bar and strong academic credentials from a well regarded law school.
• Clerkship experience and both plaintiff and defense exposure preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage key phases of complex commercial litigation from discovery through trial preparation.
• Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda in high value business disputes in state and federal courts.
• Coordinate document discovery, including strategy, review oversight, and preparation of discovery responses.
• Support and, as appropriate, conduct depositions, witness preparation, and hearings with direct client exposure.
• Work closely with partners on case strategy while taking substantive ownership of assigned matters.
