You will record daily transactions, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with basic financial statements and audits. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with accounting software are essential.

Formación

• Candidates should possess strong bookkeeping skills, including maintaining ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting basic financial reporting and analysis.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and related digital tools used for data entry, reporting, and document management.
• Candidates should possess experience in recording journal entries and applying fundamental finance and accounting principles accurately.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, comfort working in a hybrid environment, and ability to collaborate with non-finance team members.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Prior experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting support role is beneficial.
