Pelican3 Consulting LLC, CPAs & IT Advisors is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper in Jupiter, FL, offering hybrid work (in-person and remote). The role covers daily accounting tasks, ledger maintenance, and posting of AP/AR, with close collaboration to CPAs and IT advisors to ensure reliable, audit-ready data.

You will reconcile bank and credit card statements, track expenses, and prepare basic financial reports while organizing source documents and assisting with month-end/year-end processes.

Qualificações

• Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills with GL, AP and AR.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional services setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication for internal and client contacts.
• Understanding of basic tax/regulatory requirements for small/mid-sized orgs is a plus.
• Prior CPA firm/consulting experience preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
