Job summary

Audigy is seeking a Bookkeeping Specialist to oversee the financial records of 8–12 bookkeeping members. This role handles daily transactions and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely financial updates to members and stakeholders.

Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, with at least two years of accounting experience. The position is hybrid, with in-office work required and a Vancouver-Portland area focus.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with hands-on experience in accounting software; strong computer skills required.
• Minimum of two years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or client-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial records for 8–12 Audigy bookkeeping members; manage daily transactions and monthly reporting.
• Ensure accurate recognition of income and expenses per accounting standards.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide timely financial updates to members, teams, and stakeholders.
• Support OMS implementation and account mapping.
• Post monthly and year-end journal entries and coordinate with CPAs.
