Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Preferred experience with QuickBooks, Voyager, Excel, Google Sheets and Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Accounts receivable: invoicing new customers and setup.
• Weekly cash reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Staff Accountant and Accounting Manager.
• Process Sage Expense Reports.
