Wellington Management Company, LLP in Boston is seeking a Bond Forward Trade Specialist Co-op to join the Trade Operations group within Investment Operations. You will help confirm and instruct cash or security movements related to bond forward trading and support related tasks.

The role offers exposure to trading and settlement practices in global markets, interaction with traders and sales assistants, and experience with industry tools like ALERT.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with traders, sales staff, back office and custodians to ensure timely cash and trade settlements for Bond Forward activity.
• Assist with weekly mail review and routine operational tasks.
• Support research and resolution of TBA pairoff activity.
• Undertake ad hoc project work and training of incoming co-op at cycle end.
