Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to lead ABA therapy across virtual and in-person settings, balancing remote supervision with hands-on client contact. The role includes oversight of technicians and collaboration with families and clinical teams.
You will implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans and engage families through monthly trainings, while ensuring quality through ongoing supervision and data-driven decisions.
Looking for flexibility and hands-on impact? At Centria Autism, our Hybrid BCBA role offers the best of both worlds: the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams.
In this position, you'll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home or center-based settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision.
Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $10,000 signing bonus.
At Centria, flexibility doesn't mean going it alone. With a hybrid BCBA role, you'll have the space to work in your environment and the support to make a lasting impact.
