Job summary

Move Up ABA in Maryland seeks a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and provide parent training. The role blends in-person and telehealth work with flexible scheduling and clinician autonomy.

Residents must live within driving distance of Baltimore, MD. Requirements include a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, active BCBA certification, and experience with Autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training.

Hybrid Model:
Initial assessments and early supervision sessions are conducted in person. Telehealth options may be available once cases are established.

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
