Able Minds ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a hybrid role. You will conduct functional and skills assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train parents, and monitor client progress.
The ideal candidate holds a BCBA in good standing, Maryland LBA, a master's degree in ABA or related field, and experience with autism.
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and training to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Conduct parent and caregiver training
Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications
Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential required
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
