Job summary

Move Up ABA, Maryland-based provider, seeks a Hybrid BCBA to conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train families. You’ll work both in person and via telehealth, with flexible hours and no minimum billable requirements to support balance and caseload control.

Required: Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification with at least 6 months of experience, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience.
• Demonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training.

Hybrid Model

Initial assessments and early supervision sessions are conducted in person. Telehealth options may be available once cases are established.
