Job summary

Move Up ABA seeks a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train parents. In-person supervision is required at times, with telehealth options after case setup. The role offers flexible hours, caseload control, and strong clinical mentorship within a collaborative Maryland-focused team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience.
• Demonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training.

Hybrid Model:
Initial assessments and early supervision sessions are conducted in person. Telehealth options may be available once cases are established.
