Job summary

Move Up ABA is accepting BCBA candidates for a hybrid role serving the MD Eastern Shore area. The BCBA will conduct assessments, oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train parents, with in-person visits and telehealth as cases allow.

We offer flexible scheduling and high clinical standards, enabling clinicians to balance workload and caseload across Richmond and Hampstead regions. Competitive compensation aligns with experience and case mix.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience.
• Experience supervising RBTs in a clinical setting.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training.

Hybrid Model:
Initial assessments and early supervision sessions are conducted in person within the Richmond and Hampstead regions of Virginia. Telehealth options may be available once cases are established and clinically appropriate.

• Active BCBA certification with a minimum of 6 months of experience

• Demonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism

• Experience supervising RBTs

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
