Job summary

ABA New Dawn MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative clinical team in Missouri. This role offers either full-time or part-time schedules with flexible hours and strong supervision leadership.

You will conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS), design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs and technicians, collaborate with families, and track progress with data-driven goals while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification is required.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to client success and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
  • Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
  • Monitor client progress and update goals based on data.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
