Job summary

NewDawnABA helps children with autism build meaningful skills through compassionate, individualized care across home, school, and community settings. We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support our growing Springfield, MO location, combining meaningful client impact with a flexible, hybrid schedule.

We offer a hybrid work model with onsite presence in Springfield approximately 2.5 days per week and remote planning, supervision, and documentation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing
• Missouri LBA license required
• Able to visit Springfield, MO ~2.5 days per week onsite
• Experience providing ABA services to children and families
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organized, self-directed clinician in a hybrid work environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism
• Provide direct clinical oversight, including ongoing data review and treatment plan adjustments
• Supervise, train, and support behavior technicians/RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to promote consistency across settings
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical culture
