Job summary

Finni New Mexico, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Las Cruces, NM. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with a minimum of three evening shifts weekly and a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

You will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy, patience and client-centered care commitment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification (we can assist to obtain).
• Ability to pass background check (funding requirement).
• Willingness and ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, etc.)

Responsibilities
