Job summary

Bloom ABA, LLC, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children and families. This hybrid position combines in-person sessions in Quincy, IL and Hannibal, MO with telehealth options, offering a flexible schedule and a supportive clinical team.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification must be active.
  • Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Active IL LBA and MO LBA licenses required.
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • CPR Certification preferred.
  • HIPAA Compliance Training.
  • Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations forAutism and developmental disabilities.
  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
  • Providing direct supervision, caregiver training, and family support.
  • Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions.
  • Maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.
  • Delivering in-person services with telehealth opportunities when appropriate.
  • Staying informed on current ABA research and best practices.

Location: Hybrid – Quincy, IL / Hannibal, MO (In-person with some telehealth opportunities)

Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 per year (full-time)

Hours: Between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible options available

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team! As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • Providing direct supervision, caregiver training, and family support
  • Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions
  • Maintaining accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation
  • Delivering services in-person with opportunities for telehealth sessions when appropriate
  • Staying informed on current research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis
What You Bring

  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active LBA licensure in Illinois (IL LBA) and (MO LBA) required
  • Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care
  • CPR Certification preferred
  • HIPAA Compliance Training
  • Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)
  • Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
