Job summary

Matchly is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Greensboro, NC. We provide evidence-based ABA and a supportive culture focused on client success and professional development.

You will develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams while adhering to ethical standards. This is a full-time/part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
