Job summary

Matchly is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North New Jersey. The role involves developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families to ensure client success.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000–$120,000 with performance bonuses, health/vision/dental insurance, 401K with employer match, generous PTO, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
