Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs. You will develop individualized treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive client progress. This role offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Fully licensed in North Carolina.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $95-$110 per hour (or salary option)

• Full-Time: or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Remote & Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (and surrounding neighborhood)
