Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time/part-time position offers remote and hybrid work options in Raleigh, NC, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Fully licensed in North Carolina.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pay Range: $95-$110 per hour (or salary option)

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
