Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-slope role (MBB or top-tier consulting, strong operating role at a high-growth startup, or Big 4)
• Highly analytical and structured; capable of building models and frameworks from scratch
• Execution-oriented; follows through and owns outcomes
• Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional movement across teams
• Proficient in building processes and bringing order to fast-moving workflows

Responsibilities

• Finance & Rev Ops: Build financial models and budgets, support market sizing and strategic initiatives, track leading indicators, assist pricing experiments, manage AR/AP tasks, payroll-adjacent processes, HubSpot RevOps dashboards and data hygiene
