Job summary

MP Materials is looking for a BIM Manager based in Fort Worth, Texas, to lead BIM and Digital Twin initiatives. The successful candidate will establish standards and oversee the integration of digital assets into operations.

You will manage BIM requirements throughout capital projects, ensuring deliverables provide real operational value and compliance. A strong background in BIM management and digital delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in BIM, digital delivery, or asset information management.
• Proven experience managing BIM deliverables for capital project handover.
• Strong understanding of BIM authoring and coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and deliver BIM and Digital Twin outcomes.
• Establish owner BIM and Digital Twin standards.
• Review and approve BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
