Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, interior design, computer science, information technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a BIM-related role representing a building owner operator (BIM Coordinator/Technician).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud and other BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise BIM standards and regional BIM practices.
• Manage Revit templates, seed files, families, and content across projects.
• Lead clash detection meetings and coordinate with design teams.
• Serve as owner’s BIM representative on external projects when required.
