Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years’ experience; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
• Requires strong knowledge of applications such Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
• Preferred Experience in management role, lead role, leading cross-functional projects

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise a team of billing experts in transportation.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely billing and payment processing for transportation services.
• Monitor billing and payment reports, identify issues, and develop effective resolution strategies tailored to the transportation industry.
• Collaborate with IT and Business Process teams to design, build, integrate, and support billing solutions for both internal and external transportation customers.
• Drive continuous process improvement, recommending and implementing steps to enhance efficiency and ensure flawless execution in transportation billing.
