Job summary

Springwell in Waltham, MA is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our Finance Team, focusing on consumer billing accuracy and timely data management.

You will update billing records, process transactions, resolve vendor issues, and support administrative functions. This role offers a hybrid work schedule combining in‑office and remote work and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or billing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately update consumer billing records including authorizations and approvals.
• Identify and resolve billing errors with vendors and internal teams.
• Process high volumes of data entry for consumer accounts and billing information.
• Work with vendors to resolve billing issues and ensure charges are posted correctly.
• Manage consumer copay billing monthly.
• Post checks and process payments for services rendered.
• Provide administrative support such as mailing invoices and monthly reports.
• Maintain compliance with billing and data management policies.
