Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required for regular communications with students and families.
• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled interviewer with experience in behavior-based assessments.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with school principals and senior leaders.
• Experience using an ATS.
• Collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 8-10 interviews daily.
• Own the candidate journey from resume review through offer acceptance.
• Partner with school leaders to understand staffing needs and place educators in classrooms.
• Collaborate with sourcers and recruiters to support the team.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects a joyful, rigorous, high-performing culture.
