Job summary

iA American Warranty LP in Austin, TX is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers, dealerships, and lenders by processing cancellations, resolving inquiries, and ensuring timely handling of requests. The role requires Spanish fluency, English proficiency, and at least 2 years in customer service, preferably in insurance or automotive.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office attendance twice per month and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, automotive, or a related industry.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; Spanish fluency required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Located in Austin, TX with ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office attendance twice per month).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process cancellations for all products accurately and efficiently.
• Review cancellation requests for completeness, pending claims, and policy status.
• Assist with printing and mailing refund checks to recipients.
• Respond to lender inquiries and maintain information on Ford website.
• Manage departmental email communications and ensure timely responses.
• Answer high-volume inbound calls from dealerships and customers regarding cancellations and inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service to customers and business partners.
• Support additional department tasks and special projects as assigned.
