Job summary

Be Strong International seeks a Program Coordinator to support the Marriage Matters program across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. You will coordinate sessions, manage logistics, and help implement curricula aligned with our mission to empower families and promote emotional wellness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in similar work, and bilingual English/Spanish. You will supervise 2–5 coaches and assist with budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling education or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 3+ years in related fields.
• 2+ years leading a department.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Grants management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the Marriage Matters program across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
• Maintain documentation, intake forms, attendance, surveys, and reports on time.
• Oversee data entry, file management, and curriculum fidelity checks.
• Supervise 2–5 success coaches and support budget/operations.
• Coordinate logistics, venues, materials, and vendor relationships.
