Job summary

Amigos For Kids in Miami, FL is seeking a Part‑Time Family Support Specialist for the Positive Parenting Program. You will provide childcare during live Triple P sessions for two to three hours and report to the Senior Director of Family Services and the Program Coordinator.

The position requires a high school diploma and bilingual English/Spanish. Qualified applicants will assist with recruitment, helping families with forms, coordinating session logistics, and supporting staff during sessions,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of experience working with at-risk children and families in a community setting.
• Knowledge of infant and child development.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the recruitment of program participants
• Assists participants with completion of program-related forms
• Provides childcare during live parenting sessions
• Provides support with logistics of program sessions
