Job summary

The Fay Group is seeking a BI Developer to design, build, and optimize business intelligence solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into intuitive reports and dashboards, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights across mortgage and financial domains.

With 2+ years in BI and experience with Power BI or Tableau, you will ensure data integrity, contribute to data models, and help advance a data-driven culture with clear visualizations and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED)
• 2+ years’ experience in BI development, data analytics or a related field
• 2+ years’ experience working with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
• 1+ years' experience in the mortgage or financial industry preferred
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis
• Familiarity with data modeling techniques and ETL processes for efficient data warehousing
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices for effective report design
• Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
