Job summary

NorthKey Community Care is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst & Evaluator to lead analytics, data visualization, and program evaluation across multiple health programs. The role emphasizes SQL-based reporting, data integrity, and performance measurement, with on-site duties in Covington, KY and potential hybrid scheduling after six months.

The candidate should have 5+ years in healthcare analytics, proficiency with EHR data, and a strong background in BI and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, health informatics, information systems, public health, statistics, BI, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, BI, program evaluation, quality improvement, or related field.
• Experience with electronic health record datasets strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting behavioral health or grant-funded programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, datasets, and BI solutions using Credible EHR and Power BI.
• Utilize SQL, Power Query, DAX and other tools to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Design automated reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations.
• Create executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership and project teams.
• Collaborate with analysts and report developers on data validation and dashboard best practices.
• Lead evaluation for grants and initiatives and develop measurement frameworks.
