Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to design and deliver analytics solutions for Convenience Retail and Major Oil verticals.

You will collaborate with analytics, marketing, and business leaders to build dashboards and data assets that track adoption, activity, and program performance. You will act as SME for the verticals, translate customer needs into technical solutions, and maintain BI assets on the Azure data platform, while enabling campaigns through audience insights and CRM

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BI/Analytics experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong SQL skills including T-SQL and Spark SQL.
• Experience delivering dashboards and reports in Sigma Computing and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Azure data platform (Synapse, Databricks) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver custom reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build audience segments and support CRM-driven campaigns.
• Act as SME for Convenience Retail and Major Oil analytics.
• Develop BI reports and dashboards in Sigma Computing and Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL for data preparation and validation.
• Partner with marketing and analytics leadership to deliver insights.
