Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage our health and welfare programs, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave programs with accuracy and strong customer service.

The role partners with Human Resources, Payroll, brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to deliver a seamless benefits experience. The Benefits Specialist will administer enrollments, eligibility, and CO BRA processing while maintaining data integrity in ADP and vendor systems, supporting

Qualificações

• Experience administering health and welfare programs, retirement plans, and COBRA.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with payroll interfaces and benefit data audits.

Responsabilidades

• Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Serve as primary contact for eligibility, enrollment, life events, and questions.
• Process enrollments, life events, terminations, dependents, and COBRA.
• Maintain benefit records in ADP and vendor systems with data integrity.
• Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate deductions and resolve discrepancies.
• Educate employees on benefits during onboarding and enrollment deadlines.
• Maintain documentation per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate annual Open Enrollment from planning through implementation.
