The Busby Agencies is seeking motivated insurance and benefits sales representatives. You will work with individuals, families, and businesses to tailor insurance solutions and protect their financial future, combining independent work with local team collaboration.

Training is provided, licensing is required, and the role offers uncapped earning potential through commission-based compensation in a hybrid work setup with in-field client meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required.
• Licensing must be obtained and maintained to sell applicable insurance products.
• Training and resources are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Client consultations - Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
