Briggs Agencies is seeking motivated, growth-minded individuals for benefits sales representation. You will work with individuals, families, and businesses to assess needs and offer insurance and benefits solutions to protect financial futures.

No extensive sales background required; training is provided. This role blends independent work with direct client interaction and local team collaboration, with the potential for uncapped earnings through commissions.

Responsabilidades

• Client consultations - Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Sales presentations - Present and explain available insurance and benefits solutions.
• Relationship management - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Business development - Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable client base.
• Follow-up - Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Product knowledge - Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
• Goal management - Work toward individual activity, sales, and performance goals.
• Licensing - Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
