You will receive training, obtain necessary licenses, and have the potential to exceed earnings targets through performance-driven commissions in a hybrid in-office and field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
• Previous sales experience welcome but not required.
• Training and resources provided to help you develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Client consultations - Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Sales presentations - Present and explain available insurance and benefits solutions.
• Relationship management - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Business development - Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable client base.
• Follow-up - Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Product knowledge - Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
• Goal management - Work toward individual activity, sales, and performance goals.
