Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Benefit Contract Analyst to draft and finalize group and member benefit materials in response to federal and state regulations. You will coordinate with Legal, Product, and Insurance teams to develop contracts, SBCs and related documents for various plan types.

You will oversee filings, respond to regulatory objections, and liaise with Insurance Departments to secure approvals, while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships and delivering accurate, compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, English, business or health care administration, communications with 3 years experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to draft benefit documents and coordinate with Legal, Product and Insurance teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Draft and develop group and member benefit materials in response to regulations.
• Negotiate and coordinate with internal and external partners for benefit booklets, contracts, policies and SBCs.
• Oversee regulatory submissions and respond to Insurance Department objections.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external customers to interpret benefits and resolve issues.
• Ensure documents are compliant, complete and clearly written.
