Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct clinical and administrative supervision to behavioral health therapists.
• Experience coordinating outpatient/partial hospitalization services.
• Ability to lead treatment teams and supervise staff.
• Involvement in recruitment, training and performance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervise assessments, treatment planning and documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical team to determine service level and referrals as needed.
• Maintain daily records of clinical productivity and participate in QA efforts.
• Direct daily work of therapists and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Support recruitment, admissions flow, and treatment team meetings as instructed.
• Alert management to clinical and staff issues and escalate as needed.
• Lead program in the director's absence to ensure care continuity and safety.
