Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field.
• Five years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions.
• Two years of progressive leadership experience required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctorate in Psychology required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical and administrative supervision to behavioral health therapists.
• Oversee assessments, treatment plans, and case reviews.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Ensure daily documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
