Job summary

Northeast Health Services in Massachusetts is seeking Supervising Clinicians to provide clinical supervision and therapy in outpatient behavioral health, with potential telehealth options and a hybrid model.

You will supervise unlicensed clinicians, review documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate care with prescribers and internal programs while maintaining a productive caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license in the states served.
• Meet minimum post-licensure experience requirements per licensing board.
• Knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy in outpatient settings.
• Deliver supervision weekly to unlicensed clinicians via live or video conference.
• Maintain licensure, complete required training, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate care with internal programs and external providers.
• Maintain timely EHR documentation within 72 hours.
