Job summary

North Shore Community Health is hiring Behavioral Health Clinicians for Salem, Peabody, and Gloucester locations. The role is hybrid, combining on-site and remote work, with travel between sites as needed and potential for remote work based on guidelines.

The incumbent provides integrated primary care/behavioral health services under supervision, requires licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/PhD/PsyD) and may involve coverage at multiple sites within NSCH.

Qualifications

• LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD required.
• One-two years of experience in a community health or mental health center setting.
• Experience with Epic EHR strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients.
• Provide consultation to primary care staff on behavioral health needs.
• Consult with primary care providers on patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Coordinate case management and referrals with area agencies.
