Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate behavior support programs (e.g., BSP, Behavior Support Plans).
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and analyze target maladaptive behaviors.
• Provide training to team members on behavior support strategies and data collection.
• Monitor progress and revise plans based on data and outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed.
• Facilitate informed consent and reports to clinicians and committees.
