Job summary

Coyne & Associates is hiring a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to supervise both remote and in-person sessions, with a strong emphasis on coaching and field visits. You’ll oversee a 110-billable standard caseload and coordinate with a scheduling team to balance duties.

The role requires a BCBA in good standing and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, ideally with children on the spectrum. Compensation is 90,000–95,000 USD, plus extensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience, preferably with kiddos on the spectrum.
• Completed BACB Supervisor Training with CEUs.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and team leadership.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide hybrid supervision for BCBA supervisees.
• Conduct remote and in-person field supervision.
• Manage supervision schedules and team coordination.
• Support technicians during training and home sessions.
