Job summary

Coyne & Associates in Poway, CA is seeking a BCBA Program Supervisor for a hybrid role with up to 60% remote supervision. Must have BCBA certification, 1+ year supervisory experience, and be in good standing with the BACB.

You will supervise field staff delivering ABA services, manage a sizable billable caseload, participate in team meetings, and benefit from comprehensive health, 401k, PTO and holidays. Training and paid CEUs provided.

Qualifications

• Must submit transcript showing Master’s degree and BCBA Certification.
• Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
• TB test and BLS training up-to-date.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision for staff delivering ABA services.
• Deliver 3 hours of supervision CEUs per cycle and maintain BACB requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling and oversight of field sessions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
