Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming in a hybrid remote setting in Glendale and surrounding areas. You’ll lead a transdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized care and meaningful outcomes for children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
• Autonomy over scheduling and case supervision.
• Administrative support handling scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
